Unfinished Projects & Exciting 'Finds'

In September I am begining a new school job, it will be part time to go alongside my church work, so I am busy trying to complete my many unfinished projects.
When my sister went to Pensylvania she bought me back this lovely Amish panel, I have quilted it, added a border and am making it into a wall hanging ( the photo's look a bit over exposed)

This is the wedding quilt I helped my daughter make for her school friend. Some of the pieces of fabric she had collected over the years and others came from old shirts etc. One or two had come from her fathers wardrobe so we had to cut them up quickly before he took them back!!

Below is a piece of fabric about 7 metres long that I bought in a charity shop while in Devon. I am going to use it to make the twins a quilt each for when they go into beds. I will keep the tops in one piece and quilt around the design. I need to keep a look out for something nice to use for borders.

This is a sheet I bought in a charity shop, I am going to use it to back a quilt that I am making for myself. I always spend time looking in charity shops for fabric, even if it is made into a garment it can always be reused.

Not sure what I will use these for yet, they are samples from a curtain shop.

You are one very talented lady! You remind me as I was reading the jobs you hope to complete, of the Proverbs 31 lady. I do admire your work, and I love seeing the finished products. I also adore your blog header picture. It is a precious picture of the dear little ones.
