apron

This is an apron that I made for Christmas for my daughter in South Africa ...I had a friend model it before
I mailed it to her.
I used vintage fabric that I bought some time back. She had sent me a photo of an apron that she liked and I copied the photo as there was no pattern. There are no ties, you just slip it over your head and the straps cross over at the back to hold it all in place. there is a pocket to one side which doesn't really show up on the patterned fabric. I have just bought some plain linen so I will try another one with that too. One size fits all!

Below my photo's are the pictures of the original, I think I will make my straps a little narrower next time

great idea!
