This week we are meeting up with my sister and her husband in Tewksbury, they will be in their camper van and we will be in our caravan. I thought I would make some cookies to take with us...I know my sister will make a cake or two. I used the recipe below and they have turned out really well!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/2 teaspn baking soda
1/2 teaspn salt
3/ cup melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespn vanlla extract
1 egg & 1 egg yolk
2 cups choc chips

Preheat oven to 325 f or 165 c. Grease / line cookie sheets Sift together flour, soda & salt, set aside Cream melted butter, brown & white sugar until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips by hand using wooden spoon. Drop dough ¼ cup at a time onto sheets about 2” apart Bake for 15-17 mins in the preheated oven Cool on baking sheets for a few mins before transferring to wire rack to cool
