Yesterday my husband preached from 1 Samuel 11, the passage about David and Bathsheba, I then read part of Psalm 51, David's prayer of repentance
'10 Create in me a clean heart, O God,
And renew a steadfast spirit within me.
11 Do not cast me away from Your presence,
And do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.
12 Restore to me the joy of Your salvation,
And uphold me by Your generous Spirit.
13 Then I will teach transgressors Your ways,
And sinners shall be converted to You.'

I never cease to be amazed by God's faithfulness and readiness to forgive us whatever we have done when we come to Him and lay our lives at the foot of the cross.

I remember singing a song with these words. God's faithfulness is beyond our imagination! Your photo is perfect for this part of Scripture. I am so happy that you shared this and that you linked to my post! I really appreciate it :)
Hopefully I will get next weeks up by Saturday evening. This weekend got so busy.
