Will I Ever Finish It?

I started thisquilt about 4 years ago..it is for me. I wonder if I will ever finish it because I keep having to stop and make other things. Not that I haven't enjoyed the other projects but I would like to see this one finished.

A Country Walk & Some Wooly Hats

I have been been busy making wooly hats for Christmas gifts for my great nieces and nephews, its a simple garter stitch pattern and I added crocheted flowers for the girls and a pompom for the boys. I am now making one each for my twin grandaughters with ear flaps on. Although Autumn is here in the UK we have had some lovely sunny days...great for a walk at Ashridge Park.

Hay Bales: Primrose & Maggie Boo

I love these photo's, top one taken during their first summer and the bottom one taken this year, there was one taken last summer too but it's on film and not digital. Oh yes...there is someone hiding behind that top bale...holding them on!

The Cotswolds

We are back from our trip to The Cotswolds and had a lovely time. On our journey home we stopped off at Broadway, this is a beautiful village with lots of history go to this link to read more
I enjoy taking photo's of different types of architecture and so this village was a real treat for me, as was the yummy lunch of roast pepper, tomato & basil soup we had in the Market Pantry Deli.

Back Home

We had a lovely time in Devon visiting our family. Saturday we went and had lunch at the Crabshell Inn on the river estury in Kingsbridge . Kingsbridge is a lovely town that we like to visit, there are lots of interesting independant shops to look around and little coffee shops to stop in
